Terms of Infrastructure

1. Service Deployment

SparkleNET provides custom Revenue Operations architecture. Upon securing a pricing tier, deployment timelines are contingent upon the client providing prompt access to necessary CRM environments and API keys.

2. Payment & Retainers

Our systems are billed on a monthly retainer basis, payable upfront. Due to the high-level custom engineering required for each CRM environment, retainers are non-refundable once architecture mapping has commenced.

3. Liability & Performance

While our RIGS logic is designed to optimize revenue capture and routing latency, SparkleNET does not guarantee specific monetary sales outcomes. We are architects of the engine; your sales personnel remain the drivers.

4. Termination of Engine

Either party may terminate the retainer with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, SparkleNET will hand over all n8n workflows, Notion strategy boards, and custom logic to the client's internal team.
